We’re on the lookout for kind, reliable, and thoughtful people to join Arthur’s support team in Sherborne. You’ll be part of an already established, friendly crew helping Arthur live independently in his own home, with support, dignity, and joy.

Your Day-to-Day:
Help Arthur with everyday routines (and keep the tea flowing!)
Enjoy chats, jokes, and legendary music sessions
Be a companion and trusted presence in his life
Support him to live with freedom and dignity
What We’re Looking For:
A kind soul and a great listener
Someone calm, compassionate, and reliable
A heart for helping others live fully and joyfully
Essential for this job: Must hold a full UK driving licence

Pay: £12.82/hour + £77.78 per sleepover

Hours: Full-time (37.5h) and part-time (28h) roles available
No Experience? No Problem: We’ll train and support you every step
