Summary
We are looking for SIA licensed door supervisors for new and established venues in Boston
Venue requirements.
We would like the security team at the door meeting and greeting engaging in conversations with the clientele to ascertain the clients behaviour and intoxication levels.
Regular toilet checks.
Regular fire exit checks.
Random drug search’s on entry.
ID checks operating on a challenge 25 policy.
Ensuring all clientele inside are adhering to venue policy’s
Intervening any altercations/disagreement’s in a proactive manner not reactive
Working hours,
Primarily Friday and Saturday nights with the added extras of bank holiday weekends and festive periods
Shift times- 2200-0400
Uniform requirements
Black shirt.
Black trousers.
Black shoes or boots.
Optional waistcoat.
We will supply tie and company jacket.
Requirements,
Sia Door Supervisors license.
Minimum of 2 years experience.
Own vehicle or means of transport home.
Pay timeline.
One week in hand.
Paid weekly via bacs on a Wednesday.
Paye or self employed with a Utr.
upto £16 per hour dependant on experience.
