Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment are recruiting for a part-time Bid Coordinator to join our client's company. This is a permanent role, ideally 2 days per week, with opportunities for growth and progression within the company. You’ll play a key role in supporting the team to deliver high-quality bid submissions across the Civil Engineering and Construction sectors.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing the flow of information at the pre-tender and tender stages
Coordinating internal and external communications and maintaining bid management systems
Providing administrative support to the bid team and maintaining bid documentation
Liaising with the Marketing and Communications Manager to ensure the use of relevant and up-to-date bid evidence
Assisting in the development of the knowledge/evidence database and supporting research projects
What are we looking for?
This role is a great fit if:
You have previous administrative experience, ideally in a bidding or tendering environment
You’re confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe software like InDesign
You’re highly organised, with strong communication and time management skills
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (2 days per week)
