Summary

Pinnacle Homes, part of Pinnacle Group, is seeking an experienced Performance Reporting Business Partner to monitor business performance in line with KPIs set centrally and by our clients while ensuring regulatory and legislative compliance. This key role involves developing and maintaining client reports and dashboards across all Homes contracts, departments and divisions and working closely with stakeholders to ensure key information is clear, accurate and accessible. Your insights will support senior decision-makers and drive continuous improvement across our housing management.

You will be joining our Homes Operational Support Team who serves communities by providing trusted housing management solutions.

Pinnacle Homes is a leading provider of housing Management services across all tenures. A community-focused business, our client base spans central and local government, as well as the development and institutional investment sectors. Alongside over 80,000 homes in management we have two for profit registered provider registrations and a market-leading council partnership acquiring, refurbishing, managing and maintaining a portfolio of 500 properties.

In the last three years, in addition to acquiring a residential lettings business, we have secured a major Ministry of Defence contract providing services across a portfolio of 49,000 military homes, as well as a growing client base within the Build to Rent and development sectors.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who, alongside the key criteria below, will sign up toour values of Trust, Respect, Involve, Challenge and Deliver Excellence and will be determined to maintain the confidence of our clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key point of contact for all key clients in relation to reporting of performance across all service areas including income collection, housing, customer contact, repairs and asset management.
  • Develop, promote and maintain strong relations with key stake holders.
  • Compile regular performance reports in line with internal and external KPIs.
  • Coordinate production of the appropriate reporting ensuring that reports are informative, high quality and accurate, and that the pack is circulated in good time so that members can review ahead of meetings.
  • Analyse underlying trends and issue findings to key stake holders as directed.
  • Work to automate reports, in liaison with our IT system Business Partners and set up regular issue of key reports.
  • Take ownership for the cleanliness of the data held.
  • Provide training to reduce incorrectly entered data.
  • To work with the internal bid team on new business, providing key data and sample reports.
  • Work closely with the asset processing team, and customer onboarding team to ensure consistent data and early production of new reporting during mobilisation.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of successfully operating in an equivalent high-profile role analysing and managing data, developing monitoring and reporting on business performance to achieve best in class performance.
  • Experience of working in the Social Housing Sector and Knowledge of Housing Legislation and Regulatory compliance.
  • Substantial financial and commercial management experience in an operational performance reporting context.
  • Ability to engage and influence at a senior level, both with internal and external stake holders.
  • Highly numerate and detail oriented, excellent financial, analytical, problem solving and IT skills.
