Working in our Rents Team alongside the Rents Business Partner you will be providing a business focused service to colleagues from different teams across the Alliance Homes Group. We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail, an interest in problem-solving and enjoys working with numbers.

You will be responsible for the day to day posting of banking transactions, providing rents for adverts, liaising with local authorities for council tax and housing benefit plus more. You will be organised, proficient in the use of Excel and Sharepoint, happy working to deadlines and confident dealing with internal and external colleagues.

Working flexibly to suit the needs of the business you will be someone who is analytical, finds data management interesting and wants to continually improve their knowledge and skill set, particularly in relation to our housing management system - Civica Cx.

You will be working with people who have a wealth of knowledge & expertise between them who want to share it with the right person.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for administration to learn more about our business and to be involved in decision making that covers more than just finance.
