We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Early Years Educator to join this wonderful nursery located in Greenwich.
This lovely nursery merges EYFS and Montessori approaches and provides a warm and family-like environment, where the children are nurtured for the future and prepared for their next steps in education, forming a lifelong love for learning.
As an Early Years Educator, you will be supported by the management team with further training and qualifications, as well as there being space and support for progression based on your career aspirations. This is a permanent role, offering stability.

As an Early Years Educator, your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting key children
• Communicating with other team members and parents/guardians
• Carrying out risk assessments throughout the day
• Creating fun, engaging and safe environment for the children
• Assisting children with development of early reading and early maths skills
• Supporting children's physical, emotional, social and intellectual development
• Working collaboratively with your colleagues in the running of activities and organisation of the room
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
For this Early Years Educator role, a Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential, and prior experience working with children under 5 within a nursery or childcare setting is preferred.
A passion for working with young children and a good understanding of the EYFS framework is needed for the suitable Early Years Educator, and good communication and interpersonal skills is very important.
