Crynodeb
Preparing menus/meals agreed by service users and manager, including any service user preferences, special diets and specific foods as needed. Prepare and serve all meals for 22 residents and staff in a timely manner. Work with other staff to ensure there are enough skilled staff on duty in the kitchen Rota. Under supervision of manager order supplies for catering operation from specified suppliers using company procedures and maintain control over costs. Operate efficient stock control system, ensure equipment is used with care in accordance with instructions. Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals the service supports
