Responsibilities
Assess individual and family housing needs through thorough interviews and assessments.
Provide guidance to tenants and landlords regarding housing laws, rights, and responsibilities.
Assist clients in completing housing applications and accessing available housing programs.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including local government and community organizations.
Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and health standards.
Monitor and evaluate housing programs to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
Prepare detailed reports on housing trends, common issues, and client outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in social work, public administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in housing, social services, or community development.
Strong knowledge of housing laws, tenant rights, and landlord responsibilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and support.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously with attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess situations and recommend solutions.
Competency in using database systems and managing case documentation.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £27.32
Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
