Total Social are working with Devon County Council who are looking for an experienced locum Children's Social Worker for their Children Looked After - Corporate Parenting in Totnes.
We are seeking an Experienced Social Worker for our South & West Devon team, supporting children and young people in our care.
Focussing on family-led outcomes you will build and maintain positive relationships with children and young people, and their families to achieve safety and stability.
You will model high standards of professional social work practice and will be used to working at pace, within a high pressurised environment.
You will provide good quality assessments to ensure improved consistent outcomes for our children and young people, with no drift or delay for families.
