We're working with an inspiring, therapeutic school near Great Yarmouth that's looking for a dynamic and compassionate Outreach SEN HLTA to join their creative and dedicated team.

In this unique role, you'll support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs through outreach work; helping them overcome barriers to learning in flexible, nurturing environments. You'll combine 1:1 work, small group sessions, and travel between sites to ensure every young person feels seen, heard and supported.

Flexible outreach model; every day is different and meaningful

Passionate team of educators and therapists who support each other

Opportunities to shape interventions creatively and make a lasting difference

Your role as an Outreach SEN HLTA:

Deliver targeted support to children and young people with SEMH

Work both onsite and in outreach settings across East Norfolk

Lead tailored 1:1 and small group interventions

Build positive, therapeutic relationships with students

Collaborate with teaching staff, therapists and families to support reintegration into education

✅ You will need:

HLTA qualification or equivalent relevant experience

Previous experience supporting students with SEMH

Confidence working independently in outreach settings

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

The ability to build trust, motivate and engage young people

Creativity, flexibility and a great sense of humour

What we offer:

A dedicated Inspire EHC consultant supporting you throughout

Free access to 20+ CPD courses and training

Help to secure long-term and permanent roles

A commitment to fairness, support and inclusion
