In this unique role, you'll support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs through outreach work; helping them overcome barriers to learning in flexible, nurturing environments. Deliver targeted support to children and young people with SEMH
Work both onsite and in outreach settings across East Norfolk

✅ You will need:
HLTA qualification or equivalent relevant experience
Previous experience supporting students with SEMH
Confidence working independently in outreach settings
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
The ability to build trust, motivate and engage young people
Creativity, flexibility and a great sense of humour
What we offer:
A dedicated Inspire EHC consultant supporting you throughout
Free access to 20+ CPD courses and training
Help to secure long-term and permanent roles
A commitment to fairness, support and inclusion
