What you'll do
As a UX Visual Designer, you’ll be designing compelling websites and digital experiences that are seamless across desktop and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate daily with project managers, developers and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
You’ll be responsible for optimising, designing and managing end-to-end customer journeys that start, run through, and conclude within our digital products. This includes mapping and refining user flows across multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistency and accessibility, and aligning journey design with customer needs, business goals, and governance requirements.
You’ll be expected to use data and insight to identify friction points, propose improvements, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver seamless, secure and value-driven experiences.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Producing pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI designs that define visual language, design standards, and reusable patterns
- Turning customer insights into innovative and relevant digital experiences using a range of ideation, design, and innovation methodologies
- Leading and participating in brainstorming, and critique workshops for strategic programmes and workstreams
- Supporting delivery through agile methodologies to develop and release value to customers and our organisation
- Collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation of visual and interaction designs
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with a passion for visual design and experience designing customer-facing digital applications and products. You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and have strong communication and collaboration skills.
You’ll also need:
- High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools
- Experience supporting user-centred design processes and creating materials for user testing and concept communication
- The ability to work with a disciplined user-centred design approach and clearly articulate design rationale
- An understanding of user research and how insights inform design decisions
- Experience working in an agile fashion, such as Kanban or Scrum
- Experience creating solutions that balance customer needs with business objectives
