About the role
We are seeking a dependable, experienced professional to lead our catering provision. This hands-on supervisory role involves:
• Managing food preparation, cooking, and service
• Leading a small catering team with skill and positivity
• Ensuring efficiency and value in resource use
• Maintaining top-tier hygiene and food safety
• Communicating clearly about food allergens and adhering to UK and EU laws, including Natasha’s Law
• Coordinating health & safety across kitchen operations
• Using basic ICT tools (email, Word, internet) effectively
