Hours: Part Time, 18.5 hours

The working pattern of this role is Wednesday A.M, Thursday and Friday (All day)

Salary: £48,710 - £52,805 pro rata.

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Children & Families Neighbourhood Lead to join our Early Help & Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the delivery of integrated services across a defined neighbourhood, working closely with partners to support children and families from birth to 19 years.


What You’ll Be Doing:

- Leading the strategic and operational delivery of early help and early years services in your neighbourhood.

- Managing a team of managers and staff, ensuring high-quality, inclusive, and responsive services.

- Overseeing the implementation of Family Hubs, family and parenting support.

- Driving quality assurance, performance monitoring, and service development.

- Collaborating with multi-agency partners and community stakeholders to co-design and evaluate services.


What We’re Looking For:

- A relevant qualification (minimum NVQ Level 4) in Early Years, Health, Social Care, Teaching, or Leadership.

- At least 3 years’ experience in managing teams delivering services to children and families.

- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

- A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and continuous improvement.

- Flexibility to work across venues and outside normal hours when required.
