Crynodeb
MadiganGill are recruiting for an Estimator to start ASAP for our Client based in Somerset.
Experience in a demolition background is desirable but not essential.
Salary is up to £60,000 Per Annum. - Our client is happy to hire freelance as well as directly.
Responsibilities:

Prepare tenders, bids, and budget proposals, ensuring they are ready for review and approval by senior management.

Compile all necessary information for inclusion in the formal written bid submission.

Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive and accurate quotations for specialist work packages.

Coordinate with the Programme Manager to ensure all relevant data is available for the development of the final tender programme.

Participate in pre-contract handover meetings, client meetings, and all other required bid-related discussions throughout the tender process.
