We have an exciting opportunity in our department for someone with a passion for providing excellent customer service and administrative support, looking to use their skills to provide a welcoming, professional and efficient service to make a positive impact on customers and in-person visitors.
As Business Administrator, you will be responsible for:
● the smooth running of a busy Reception
● working together with the Business Support team to effectively and efficiently process a high number of in-person and electronic customer enquiries
● providing exceptional customer service
You will have:
● previous experience of working in a busy reception/administrative environment
● excellent IT skills
● experience of learning new systems
● the ability to multitask
● excellent time management skills
You will work within the IT Services Business Support Team located within Service & Operations. We provide administrative and secretarial support to the rest of the department and the executive team.
Based at our Sheffield campus, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative support duties, including receiving visitors to our reception desk, finance administration, mobiles administration, taking deliveries, covering switchboard, and arranging travel and accommodation for our staff.
