Liden Academy currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated practitioner to join the team as a Teaching Assistant, supporting teaching staff with responsibility for the development and educational provision of learners.Are you an enthusiastic experienced Teaching Assistant with high expectations?

Hours 9am -1pm Monday to FridayThe successful candidates will: • Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and committed to our ethos and values. • Have a proven track record in a childcare setting. • Have the drive and energy to enthuse and inspire young children. • Believe in providing fun and engaging learning experiences and developing curiosity. • Be committed to high standards and continued professional development. • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills. If you have the qualities we are looking for and want to become part of something special Job requirements A minimum of 3 GCSEs at C grade or above, including English and Maths Teaching Assistant qualification desirable Experience of class supervision and assisting with lesson provision to achieve positive learning outcomes Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in tandem with teaching staff Ability to be empathetic and understanding to the needs of students Why join us?
