Summary

PCB Solderer- Electronics (IPC Certified)

Hemel Hempstead

UP to £32,000pa (DOE)

Are you an experienced PCB Solderer with 5+ years hands-on expertise in both Through Hole and SMT soldering? Are you looking to join a well-established and growing company in Hemel Hempstead?

We're currently looking for a highly skilled Soldering Technician to join a dynamic and quality-driven team. You will play a key role in the production and rework of high-quality electronic assemblies, supporting a wide range of customers and industries.

The Role:

  • Precision soldering of both Through Hole and SMT components to IPC standards

  • Carrying out complex rework, modifications, and repair of PCB assemblies

  • Working from assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials

  • Ensuring high standards of quality and compliance at all times

  • Supporting production and engineering teams with technical expertise

About You:

  • 10+ years' experience in electronics manufacturing

  • Proficient in both SMT and Through Hole soldering & rework

  • IPC certified (IPC-A-610 and/or IPC-7711/21 highly desirable)

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of quality requirements

  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

  • Team player with a proactive and flexible approach
