Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons; create a positive and inclusive classroom environment; support students' social, emotional, and academic development; utilize reflective and restorative practices; collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive learning experience; participate in school events and activities.
Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent; experience working with students with SEMH needs preferred; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; passion for teaching and a commitment to student success; ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs; knowledge of restorative practice is desirable.
