What You'll Bring:

  • Teaching Credential: A relevant teaching qualification is essential (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).

  • Subject Expertise: Strong, in-depth knowledge across ICT/STEM disciplines.

  • Communication Prowess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

  • Dedication to Success: A genuine commitment to fostering student achievement and well-being.

  • Prior Experience (Desirable): Experience teaching ICT/STEM at the secondary school or post-16 level is a plus, but passion and potential are key.
