We want every visit to our centres to be a pleasant and enjoyable experience for our customers and members.
The role of Front of House Membership Advisor bridges the day-to-day front of house duties of answering calls, booking in members on the computerised till systems, ensuring access control in our receptions and handing customer queries and keeping the reception areas running smoothly with the important role of being the first point of contact for each prospective and existing valued customer.
We’re looking for applications from people who can deliver a high standard of customer service and a proactive approach to supporting our mission to create active and healthy communities. You’ll be part of a team delivering informative tours of our facilities, conducting needs analysis, setting up members on the membership database, completing sales and processing payments. You’ll also be a trusted first port of call for helping members with their concerns and getting them on their way to successes.
For more information, including the job description and the person specification, check out the full Vacancy Details on our website.
