Responsibilities
Lead and manage a designated nursery room, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
Implement In the Moment Planning (ITMP) to support child-led learning and development.
Facilitate engaging activities that cater to the individual interests of each child.
Monitor and assess children's progress, sharing insights with parents and caregivers.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience across the nursery.
Encourage positive behavior and social skills among children through modeling and guidance.
Support staff in their professional development and foster teamwork within the nursery.
