As a Mobile Repair Technician, your primary responsibility will be to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices and gadgets. Main duties include:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with a wide range of mobile devices and gadgets.
• Perform repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks to restore mobile phones and gadgets to optimal functionality.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality checks on repaired mobile devices to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of mobile repairs, parts used, and service reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining repair processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in repairing communication equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of mobile repairs.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
