Maintenance Planner
Location: Merthyr Tydfil – Hybrid,
Salary: £31,179 to £33,142 (Appointment at the bottom of the band)
Contract Type: Fixed Term contract until November 2025
Hours of work: Full time – currently 4day week trial

This role is Hybrid with the expectation of working 4 days in the office then once trained that 2 days in the office and 2 at home.
Are you our ideal candidate?
You will be the first point of contact for our Planning Team. You will be responsible for the scheduling of works of our trade colleagues using our DRS scheduling system. You are someone who understands the need to create maximum efficiency and in doing so you maintain key performance Indicators by ensuring that appointments are never missed.
Are you our ideal candidate?
Our ideal candidate shares our mutual values and is passionate about working in partnership with tenants. For this role, you’ll need to have a wealth of experience in working in a Customer Orientated environment, be proficient in the use of Microsoft packages and diary scheduling. We would like someone who has experience in in using an appointment system as well as working with housing repairs services. To have an in-depth working knowledge and experience of DLO (Direct Labour Operatives) operational activity would be really beneficial.
