People Administrator (Part time)
Imago Venues

Position: Part time (27.5 hours a week). Actual hours and days to be mutually agreed

Salary: £26,118 per annum (pro-rata £19,153 per annum)

We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic People Administrator to carry out a wide range of people administration tasks within our People & Culture team.

You will maintain our HR and time management databases, running weekly payroll reports and ensuring the accurate submission of our monthly payroll. You will be responsible for our online recruitment process, administering the onboarding of new starters and processing of leavers, and other people administration. Duties also include pension scheme submissions and Learning and Development administration.

We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships. Together with your administration experience and excellent IT skills, you will be highly organised with strong attention to detail and be able to work accurately and independently to tight deadlines.
