Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours (35 working hours with a paid lunch break)
Location: Grantham, Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office)
Here at PayPlan, we are looking for a Jira/Confluence administrator with Product Manager experience to join our team. We are going
through a really exciting time, this is a great opportunity to join a well-established team and make a real difference to the
business.

What would you be doing here at Payplan?
Part of a dedicated Delivery Team you would be working with all departments across the business to implement and drive
efficiencies in the adoption of Jira and Confluence. This role would be influential in engaging with teams and finding
opportunities to educate, support, and embed new features and methodologies.
Initially this role will focus on building and embedding Jira and Confluence across the business functions and once complete will
be the go to person for support and troubleshooting issues. Once Jira and Confluence are fully embedded, the role will continue to
support this product and other products in the business.
It’s a super exciting role combining two key areas crucial to the success of the delivery team, with the opportunity to have a
real impact at a transformational time of the business.
As part of the role you will:
* Manage Jira/Confluence instance: Support the Tech function with the administration of system settings, user permissions, and
workflows.
* Ensure system health and security: Monitor performance and support the tech function with the maintenance and addressing of
security concerns. Ensuring the tools are running efficiently and effectively.
* Contribute to design configuration decisions: Ensures a seamless user experience that aligns with platform design strategies.
* Vision and Strategy: Define the product vision, long-term goals, and overall strategy, ensuring alignment with business
objectives.
* Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product's entire lifecycle, from planning and launch to ongoing improvement and
maintenance.
* Success Metrics: Measure the success of the product based on key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business
objectives.
About You:
* You will have at least 2 years experience configuring and administering Jira and Confluence
* Solid understanding of the Product Management lifecycle
* Ability to build relationships, manage conflicts, and work effectively with diverse teams
* Confidence to question and challenge other thoughts and ideas
* A great team player with the confidence to work independently
* Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and thorough approach to your work
* Ability to use own initiative and multitask
