Our client, a prestigious private nursery school, is recruiting two Nursery Teachers to join their team, one for each of their two well-established nursery settings located in SW15 and SW19, London. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for dedicated early years educators to contribute to a high-quality, child-centred learning environment.
Key Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years qualification with at least 1 year of experience preferred
Level 2 qualified applicants considered, with a commitment to completing Level 3 training
Unqualified candidates welcome if passionate about early years and committed to completing formal training
Strong understanding of EYFS principles and child development
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare
Must have the right to work in the UK and fluency in English
**Salary & Benefits:
Level 3+ Qualified (1+ Year Experience): £31,000 + £1,000 performance bonus = £32,000/year
Level 2 Qualified: £24,600 + £1,000 bonus = £25,600/year (plus paid training to achieve Level 3)
Unqualified: £23,000 + £1,000 bonus = £24,000/year (plus paid training to Level 2/3)
