The duties and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Provide safe, evidence-based, cost-effective, and individualised patient care at all times. Undertake preventative health programmes in line with the National Health Service (NHS) Screening programmes and Ministry of Defence (MOD) deployment guidance e.g. travel and vaccination clinics, new patients screening, audiometry, and NHS Health Checks. Perform reviews of patients with chronic illnesses e.g. Asthma, Diabetes, Coronary heart disease and hypertension. Perform and supervise tasks required for the general running and administration of the Treatment Room, whilst matching care provision to the needs of the Service. To include clinical case trend monitoring, laboratory links co-ordination, clinical stock rotation and co-ordination and supervision of any trainee Medics as applicable.
