An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Talent for Care team at ESNEFT in an administration band 2 role.

You will provide a professional, confidential and proactive administrative service to the Team as the first point of contact to staff and external agencies.

This is full time role-37.5 hours per week, fixed term/secondment until 20th July 2026.

• To undertake any specific work as directed by the Talent for Care leads
• To assist in the planning and coordination of any Talent for Care events internal and external to the Trust
• To assist and participate in the development of new systems, processes and ways of working for the short, medium and long term development
• To act in a professional manner at all times as appropriate to an ‘Ambassador’ for the Hospital and engender a culture of ‘continual improvement’ in the staff to ensure the service is refined and improved through the engagement of service users.
• To follow departmental and Trust policies and procedures
• Ensure telephone calls are resolved as appropriate and responses are not unduly delayed.
• Processing telephone calls and emails and respond as relevant
• To undertake any other duties commensurate with the grade of the post.
