Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in addressing the rising demand for our services across the UK, ensuring that every repair task is handled timely and to the highest standard of excellence.
Main duties include:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a range of mobile devices.
• Replace damaged or faulty parts with precision and care.
• Update clients on repair progress and provide an accurate estimate of completion.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest mobile technology trends, tools, and techniques.
• Work collaboratively with the team to share expertise and continuously refine our service offerings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and patience.
Skills and Education:
• Proven 2 years of experience as a Mobile Repair Technician or similar role.
• Proficient knowledge of various mobile brands and operating systems.
• Technical aptitude and passion for staying updated with the mobile tech industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
