We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill Worthing. Our store is situated in the vibrant seaside town of Worthing, West Sussex—known for its beautiful coastline, historic architecture, and bustling shopping streets. Worthing attracts a loyal local customer base as well as a steady stream of visitors who enjoy its charm and coastal appeal.

As Store Manager, you’ll lead a passionate and dedicated team, drive store performance, and deliver a fantastic shopping experience for every customer. We’re looking for a commercially aware and proactive retail manager who thrives on taking initiative. Experience in fashion retail is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
