Summary
Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
We have an opportunity for a professional, experienced and passionate gardener to join us as a grounds maintenance Team Leader.
You will be responsible for leading a mobile team visiting commercial sites delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services including grass cutting, hedge/shrub pruning and weed removal/treatment. Sites located in and around Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Greater London, all travel time is paid.
You will need:
A full clean driving licence/ Be comfortable driving a 3.5 tonne vehicle
Be comfortable driving regular long distances within allocated regions
Experience operating grounds maintenance machinery including hedgecutters, strimmers, blowers, ride-on/pedestrian mowers
To operate the company online Service Delivery Platform, via a mobile device provided, to complete a range of health and safety checks, site visit confirmations and timesheets.
Sound knowledge of Health and Safety relevant to the industry is preferred but not essential
PA1/PA6 qualification, CITB HSE test or CSCS cards are preferred but not essential
