Summary
2R2 Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance efficiency, and support the company's continued growth. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the business, maintaining the high standards of quality and service that define the German Doner Kebab brand.
Main duties include:
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
• Oversee supply chain logistics, ensuring timely delivery of ingredients and materials while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and effectively.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
• Ensure all food products meet our high-quality standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and growth initiatives, including expanding operations.
Skills and Education:
• Proven experience in operations management, ideally within the foodservice or franchise industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and procurement processes.
• A commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• A decent level of DIY experience and knowledge.
