We are looking for professional and reliable cleaners with experience in 4 or 5-star hotels or luxury short-term rentals to join our team. You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing high-end Airbnb properties in London, ensuring they are spotless and guest-ready to the highest standard.
Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare luxury Airbnb apartments to premium hospitality standards
Change bed linen, make beds, and restock guest amenities
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise all rooms including kitchens and bathrooms
Report maintenance issues or damages to the management team
Follow detailed checklists for each property to ensure consistency
Ensure timely turnaround between guest check-out and check-in
Handle cleaning products safely and professionally
Requirements:
Previous experience in luxury cleaning – preferably in 5-star hotels, serviced apartments, or high-end Airbnbs
Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently
Good communication skills and a professional appearance
Must be punctual, trustworthy, and respectful of client property
Legal right to work in the UK
Fluent in English (basic level minimum)
Desirable:
Knowledge of cleaning schedules and Airbnb turnover procedures
Experience working with hospitality or property management teams in Central London
Flexible availability, especially during weekends and check-in/check-out peak hours
