An experienced, empathetic live-in carer to provide ongoing support a sociable intelligent lady in her 70s with mild to moderate Dementia with Lewy Bodies. The client enjoys dancing, gardening, seeing friends, and singing as well as quiet time such as watching TV. She uses strategies to manage daily hallucinations, difficulties with verbal expression and understanding, memory-difficulties and anxiety, and needs support with these aspects of the illness. Patience, humour, and emotional sensitivity are essential.
