Pay rate: £15.55 to £18.14 per hour PAYE



A Basic DBS is required for this role.

Hybrid role but you need to be flexible to the needs of the business.



The role:

As a housing professional with experience of delivering housing management services, you'll be accountable for delivering a professional and high-quality mixed tenure service to customers across your locality.

You'll use your knowledge and skills to resolve a range of housing management challenges including Anti-Social Behaviour, housing and neighbourhood issues, contractual related breaches and changes, fraud and safeguarding.

You'll be an integral part of ensuring the neighbourhoods are safe, whilst also listening to customers’ needs.



Your duties will include:

Effectively and proactively manage a complex caseload whilst seeking creative solutions to achieve positive outcomes
Contributing to shaping sustainable communities and developing an environment that is safe and inclusive for our customers
Fulfilling landlord responsibilities, including adherence to our policies and procedures, as well as all regulatory and legislative requirements
Taking a pro-active approach to health & safety and compliance
Providing an excellent customer experience which contributes to the council achieving 90% customer satisfaction
Working in collaboration with colleagues from across the locality to conduct a programme of routine checks and deliver improvements to homes and places
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and partner agencies



What the client is looking for:

Proven track record in delivering responsive, tenure-blind landlord services with locality teams to sustain tenancies and maintain homes and communities
Previous experience of delivering housing management services
Strong knowledge of tenancy, leasehold, and neighbourhood strategies to drive positive outcomes for customers
Confident, persuasive communicator who builds trust, influences, and challenges effectively
Skilled in multi-agency collaboration to tackle complex customer needs
Strategic and values-led thinker, aligned with corporate goals around customer impact, assets, and place-based strategies
Demonstrated ability to propose and implement innovative ideas, anticipating and adapting to policy changes
Open to honest feedback, fostering inclusive relationships while remaining self-driven and accountable
Proven ability to meet deadlines and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings
Accurate and compliant in data handling and record-keeping
Understanding of data breach protocols, risks, and industry standards
Recognised for outstanding customer service in complex operational environments
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
IT proficient in a range of digital tools and platforms
Builds and maintains strong working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and partners
Membership of a professional body such as CIH is encouraged
