What skills and experience we're looking for
The School Business Manager will be responsible for operational functions within the school, including finance, administration, HR, premises, contracts and Health & Safety. The role includes:
Ø Working closely with the head teacher, senior leadership team and Governors
Ø Providing accurate and timely financial reporting
Ø Ensuring compliance with legal requirements with appropriate systems and policies
Ø Providing line management for the office team and Premises Officers
Ø Managing and improving the estate including maintenance and capital projects
Ø Managing 3rd party supply contracts including IT, HR, H&S, cleaning & catering, ensuring high quality service and value for money procurement
