What skills and experience we're looking for
In order to succeed in this role, we believe the ideal candidate will have:
• Evidenced practice as a highly effective teacher over a period of time improving pupil outcomes, particularly in a setting with high levels of pupils with SEND.
• Experience of working effectively as a middle / subject leader within a team
• Experience of developing high quality learning strategies and monitoring learner progress to raise attainment
• Experience of leading teaching and learning initiatives beyond own classroom
• Experience of coaching and mentoring colleagues
• Commitment to the role, the Trust and the Development Team
