Applications are invited for the position of HR Administrator to provide support to ensure the smooth running of the HR function as part of a team and play a key role in recruitment from the advertisement to on-boarding staff ensuring safer recruitment processes are followed. We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable team player with good communication skills and high levels of professionalism and discretion handling sensitive information. Ideally, or be willing to work towards, CIPD Level 3 qualified and competent in MS office
St Rose's provision is from 2 to 25 years; a nursery, a non-maintained special school for students from 5 to 19 and St Martin’s an independent specialist college for students from 19 to 25. Our students have physical and sensory disabilities, learning and communication difficulties and complex health needs.
