Our ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) department is seeking to appoint an Enrolment Officer, to consolidate its enrolment and initial assessment processes across all four programme areas.The key responsibilities attached to this role are to support prospective and returning ESOL students with the completion of their electronic enrolment forms and to maintain enrolment and re-enrolment tracking records, as required by each programme area.The successful applicant will also support the assessors and students at the initial assessment events and enrolment events. The successful applicant will establish what action needs to be taken with any pending enrolment forms and provide the required assistance to help students complete the entire enrolment process.Applicants will be expected to be able to evidence strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. The ability to devise and maintain spreadsheets and other tracking and monitoring systems, is essential.
