We work closely with a large number of schools across the Birmingham area, giving you the freedom to choose where and when you work — whether you prefer certain locations, year groups, or types of school settings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver creative and engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.


  • Adapt seamlessly to different classroom environments and year groups.


  • Maintain positive behaviour and foster a safe, inclusive learning space.


  • Follow school policies while ensuring continuity in pupils’ learning.


  • Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupil development.


    What We’re Looking For:

    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


    • Proven experience working with primary-aged pupils.


    • Strong classroom management and communication skills.


    • Flexible, reliable, and confident in new teaching environments.


    • An up-to-date Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one).
