If you’re ready to bring your creativity, organisational skills, and service excellence to a dynamic and rewarding environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver a wide range of hospitality events including open days, school functions, parent evenings, guest lunches/dinners, and high-profile receptions.

  • Liaise with school departments and external clients to understand event needs and translate them into high-quality hospitality experiences.

  • Manage and train front-of-house and hospitality staff, ensuring consistent service excellence.

  • Oversee all event setup, staffing schedules, food presentation, and service standards.

  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen compliance.

  • Manage budgets and cost control related to hospitality delivery.

  • Support daily catering operations when required, particularly during peak times or staff absence.

  • Provide feedback and continuously improve hospitality processes and offerings.

  • High standards of presentation and customer service.

  • Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and health & safety procedures.
