Crynodeb
Operational Management Take responsibility on behalf of the Clinical Service Manager for the operational management and continuity of childrens 0-19 services. Provide leadership to and be responsible for team leaders in the day to day running of the teams, promoting multidisciplinary working and ensuring organisational and divisional barriers do not prevent the development and functioning of integrated care pathways and high-quality patient care. Undertake regular audit of adherence to associated local and national policies, guidance (e.g. NICE) and standards of care Contribute to the achievement of standards within the areas of responsibility, working effectively with other service managers and clinical staff to ensure agreed standards are maintained Prepare and deliver service reviews as agreed, reporting on the performance of services within area of responsibility.
