Crynodeb
Post involves but not limited to: The post holder will, as part of the Risk team, co-ordinate risk management within Maternity. He/she will work with the Clinical Governance Manager to ensure there is a proactive risk management infrastructure in place for the Maternity services, and to develop clear action plans in response to incident investigations. The Post holder will work with midwifery matrons, Clinical Practice Facilitators and Practice Development Midwives (Education Team) to improve standards of care.
