Summary
KHURSHID DRINKS LTD is looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Operations Manager in the day-to-day operations of our franchise location. This role will play a vital part in ensuring efficient management of operations, staff, and customer service, while upholding the company’s commitment to sustainability and high-quality service. The Assistant Operations Manager will help monitor key performance metrics, oversee daily tasks, and contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily operations, ensuring smooth service, product quality, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Assist with staffing, including recruitment, training, and managing shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
• Assist in delivering a high-quality customer experience by addressing inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Work alongside the Operations Manager to plan promotions, drive sales, and increase overall revenue.
• Monitor stock levels, identify near-expiry products, and support sustainable practices to minimise waste.
• Support cash handling, register accuracy, and assist with cash reconciliation at the end of shifts.
• Provide regular updates to the Operations Manager on sales, staff performance, and operational challenges
Requirements:
• Experience or education in business management or a related field
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with a focus on teamwork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with staff and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently..
• Commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
