What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality teaching across the School's SEN provision
- Actively contribute to School development planning and self-review processes
- Offer expert guidance and support to colleagues and support staff
- Identify and recommend appropriate resources and learning materials
- Lead professional development initiatives around SEN best practices
- Uphold and represent the School's values in every aspect of teaching and leadership
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent with evidence of CPD
- In-depth understanding of SEN teaching frameworks and curriculum adaptation
- Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team
- A track record of mentoring and coaching classroom support staff
- Strong planning, assessment, and data tracking skills
- Experience supporting students with ASD, communication difficulties, or behavioural needs
