What You'll Do
  • Deliver high-quality teaching across the School's SEN provision

  • Actively contribute to School development planning and self-review processes
  • Offer expert guidance and support to colleagues and support staff
  • Identify and recommend appropriate resources and learning materials
  • Lead professional development initiatives around SEN best practices
  • Uphold and represent the School's values in every aspect of teaching and leadership

What We're Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent with evidence of CPD
  • In-depth understanding of SEN teaching frameworks and curriculum adaptation
  • Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team
  • A track record of mentoring and coaching classroom support staff
  • Strong planning, assessment, and data tracking skills
  • Experience supporting students with ASD, communication difficulties, or behavioural needs
