Location: Westminster
Pay: Up to £38,000 per annum + Company Van
Hours: Permanent, Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm)

The Opportunity:

Are you a skilled and customer-focused plumber looking to make a real difference in people's homes? We're looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team as part of the Westminster Council social housing contract. This is a rewarding, full-time, permanent role within Morgan Sindall Property Services, supporting local residents through high-quality repairs and maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a variety of plumbing tasks including repairs to pipework, taps, toilets, hot water systems, and drainage.

  • Respond to both emergency callouts and routine maintenance jobs within occupied homes.

  • Diagnose plumbing faults and determine effective, long-lasting repair solutions.

  • Ensure all work is completed in line with safety regulations, industry standards, and contract requirements.

  • Use PDA or mobile devices to accurately log job details and completion notes.

  • Deliver excellent customer service when liaising with residents.

  • Collaborate with other members of the repairs and maintenance team as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Plumbing.

  • CSCS Blue Card (ideally).

  • Demonstrable experience in domestic plumbing - preferably in social housing or responsive maintenance settings.

  • Good working knowledge of plumbing regulations and health & safety standards.

  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability.

  • Clear communication and customer service skills.

  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
