An opportunity has arisen for two surveyors to join the Estates Team within Property Services.

You will undertake a wide range of professional duties, assisting in the delivery of a comprehensive Estates Service, including Estate Management, valuation and Landlord and tenant. The successful candidate will in addition provide a valuation service for asset, acquisition, disposal, rent review and rating purposes. The position of surveyor requires someone who is committed, self-motivated, has a positive, professional, and responsible attitude, with the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team working to tight timescales. You should demonstrate a commitment to the principals of customer care, while displaying excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You should hold appropriate degree level qualification and professional membership of the RICS with a proven track record in a professional surveying environment as well as the ability to demonstrate a knowledge of the property market and relevant current legislation.

Being a Registered Valuer or willingness to achieve such status would be advantageous.
