We are looking for Physiotherapists with experience working in an MSK setting, who have significant knowledge and skill in the assessment and management of patients presenting with a wide range of MSK conditions.

Part Time hours would be considered.

You will be a strong team player with excellent communication and health coaching skills. You will be involved in the delivery and development of pathways and will support the development of junior staff and students. You will be actively involved in service development and will need to work on your own initiative.

You will embrace innovation and integrated working and will be committed to following best practice to ensure person centered care.

You will be willing to travel across NEE to meet the needs of the service.

To work as part of the integrated team to deliver therapeutic input to patients in a clinic setting with the aim of returning them to maximum independent living, within a stimulating environment actively promoting self-management on all activities of daily living.

Working as an autonomous practitioner, the post holder will provide specialist input to all patients that fall within their specialist field of expertise

Work with colleagues across health, social care, mental health and voluntary sector to ensure holistic and joined up delivery of care.

Empower patients to make decisions about their own care and encourage them to exercise their rights and choices, signposting them to relevant community and voluntary services and supporting patient’s carers and assistants with management of risk.

Manage the work of junior staff, assistants, students and volunteers in own professional area.
