Night Office Customer Service Representative- Nelson, Lancashire
You will be providing excellent customer service to our hospitality customers working in a fast paced environment, maintaining a professional and friendly approach. Taking emails throughout the shift, detailing the requests and liaising with internal stakeholders to enable a response and resolution for our customers. As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the fast and accurate input of customer sales orders onto our internal system and ensuring these orders are input on time in priority order.
This role is part time, working 18 hours per week. Shifts will be worked on Sunday, Monday and Thursday with a start time of 4:00pm.
What you will do:
• Accurately enter customer sales orders on to the Wellocks system.
• Ensure orders are entered in the correct priority order to ensure all customer orders are on the system by the respective cut off time.
• Liaise with BDM’s, Chef Support and Customers to ensure orders are fulfilled and any special requests are adhered to.
• Keep sensitive information and financial records private and confidential.
• Liaise with the Night Warehouse Despatch Managers and report any issues in a prompt and timely manner to ensure smooth operation.
• Meet regularly with the Night Warehouse Management team to give feedback to help improve customer service culture, response time and tools to improve employee experience.
• Ensure that you adhere strictly to food safety regulations.
• Have knowledge of company and statutory Health & Safety, security, and emergency procedures.
What you will need:
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a similar customer service role.
• Microsoft Dynamics experience would be desirable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to multi task and perform excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to identify problems and resolve in a timely manner; possess a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise tasks and resources appropriately.
• Strong organisational skills.
