Role Description
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Miller/Programmer to join our dedicated team. The role involves programming and operating 3-axis Heidenhain-controlled milling machines, producing high-quality, small-quantity components (typically 1, 2, or 4-off). This is a varied, non-repetitive role, there is no batch work. We are offering an exciting challenge and the opportunity to work on a wide range of parts for multiple sectors.

Maintaining a high level of efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Working collaboratively in a team-focused culture that values quality and continuous improvement
Opportunity to run multiple machines of varying sizes depending on workload and experience

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a CNC Miller, ideally with Heidenhain control knowledge
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings
Skilled in programming from scratch at the machine (or offline knowledge is a bonus)
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement
Flexibility to work on a wide range of parts for different industries

What We Offer:
Competitive salary based on experience
Clean, well-equipped workshop environment
